🌿 Beyond Overwhelm: Why You’re Not Broken—You’re Burned Out

I used to think if I could just get through the week, I’d finally feel better.

If I checked off every item on the to-do list…
If I stayed late, replied to every message, made it all happen…
Then peace would come.

But it never did.

Instead, I found myself running on empty—working too much, sacrificing my well-being, brushing off the exhaustion. My sleep suffered. My emotions felt like they were on a hair-trigger. And no matter how much I got done, it never felt like enough.

This is what overwhelm looks like in our society.
