Stress Reduction + Vitality

What is somatic movement?
🌀 What Is Somatic Movement?
Somatic movement is a gentle, body-based practice that helps you reconnect with how you feel from the inside out. Through slow, mindful movements and awareness, you release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and shift out of stress and into ease.
It’s not about how it looks—it’s about how it feels.
By listening to your body and moving with intention, you create space for regulation, healing, and deep inner calm.

🎥 Empowerment Yoga Video
Welcome, my friend.
This practice is about stepping into your power—not with force, but with presence. It’s about reconnecting with your strength, your confidence, and your inner knowing.
As we move together over the next 20 minutes, let every posture be an act of intention. Let every breath remind you that you are grounded, capable, and worthy of taking up space—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
This is your time to rise, to move with purpose, and to remember the power that already lives within you.
Let’s begin.

Heel Drop
🦶 Introducing the Somatic Heel Drop
The heel drop is a quick and effective somatic movement that helps discharge tension and stimulate your body’s natural relaxation response. It works by sending gentle vibrations through your body as you lift your heels and then let them drop back to the ground—creating a ripple-like release of stuck or stagnant energy.
This movement is especially helpful when you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or overwhelmed. It helps "shake out" stress, awaken the parasympathetic nervous system, and bring you back into your body with clarity and calm.
You can do this standing, with knees soft, breath steady, and mind gently focused. It only takes a minute or two, but the shift can be powerful.
Let’s begin—drop into your body and let go. 💛

Tibetan 5 Rites
🌟 Introduction to the Tibetan 5 Rites
Welcome! Today you’re being introduced to a powerful, ancient practice known as the Tibetan 5 Rites—often called the "Fountain of Youth" for their energizing and revitalizing effects on the body and mind.
These five simple movements are designed to stimulate your energy centers (chakras), awaken your life force, and support balance in the nervous system. With regular practice, the 5 Rites can help improve flexibility, circulation, digestion, and vitality—making them especially supportive during midlife and beyond.
This is a moving meditation—a rhythm of breath and motion. Go at your own pace. Start slow, and allow your strength and energy to build over time. The power of the Rites lies not in perfection, but in consistency and presence.
Let’s begin this practice with curiosity, intention, and an open heart.
