Restorative and Yin Yoga Practices
Restorative and yin yoga practices can be incredibly empowering when it comes to becoming aware of your nervous system. By taking just 10-15 minutes out of your day to practice, you can start to recognize stress responses and anxiety, and begin regulating your nervous system. Give yourself the gift of awareness and try incorporating these practices into your routine.

Breathwork and yoga nidra are powerful tools for regulating the nervous system. By slowing down the mind, body, and thoughts, they can help us shift from the stress to the relaxation response. These practices are foundational for cultivating awareness and finding inner peace.
